Pill does not “seat” in end as tight as I think it should.

I have used a pill shooter for years for my cats. The one I had broken (after many years). I had to pill my cat a couple of times without it. It’s a good way to get scars – it’s not pleasant for the cat either. With the piller, they hardly notice that you’ve just given them a pill.

My dog needs to take large gel caps. This device is only fit for a particular, medium size capsule. You can easily find it too small or large. I am back to hand administering pills.

Bought this after a week of trying to get them into her mouth with my fingers. This really helped, but the answer was to use this and put some butter on the pill. Very handy item.
